Proof of vaccination is required to dine indoors with us in San Francisco. We will accept your CDC vaccination card, a copy or picture of that card, or a personal digital COVID-19 vaccine record issued by the State of California or by an approved private company. Vaccination proof must be cross checked against your photo ID.
