Delarosa first opened its doors in 2010 to Chestnut Street in San Francisco’s Marina District. Since then, Delarosa, in close proximity to the Golden Gate Bridge, the Palace of Fine Arts, the Presidio, and Crissy Field has served as the neighborhood destination for casual, communal-style dining, all-day, 7 days a week. Beloved for its Roman-style pizza, small plates, craft beer, Italian and Californian wines, and delicious craft cocktails, Delarosa and its interpretation of the classic and unpretentious beer and pizza pairing has made a mark on many locals’ and visitors’ must-visit lists.
Having secured a reputation as a casual and delicious dining experience for friends, family, colleagues and clients, Delarosa opened a second location in San Francisco’s buzzy Financial District (FiDi) in October 2015. Sandwiched between the FiDi and the South of Market district (SOMA), and located near San Francisco’s Yerba Buena Gardens, Delarosa is an ideal meeting spot thanks to its A-list central location.
Both locations offer indoor and outdoor seating, and Delarosa’s fun, warm, stylish and modern interior design pairs well with the restaurants’ classic Italian comfort food and friendly spirit. Delarosa offers brunch, lunch, happy hour, dinner and late night, 7 days a week.

Roman-style makes for a thinner, crispier pizza that goes really well with cocktails.
Because it’s what makes Delarosa, Delarosa. Communal seating makes things fun here all the time, but we understand it’s not for everyone.
We’re known for our cocktails. At our bar, we tend to work with spirits around which we can build recipes. Vodka inherently doesn’t provide much in the way of taste variation so we feel the need to carry only one quality vodka. Gin and whiskey, on the other hand, provide a big difference by way of flavor profiles, so we carry an assortment of these spirits.
As an Italian-inspired restaurant, we think it’s important that our bar, too, shows some Italian love. That means we also carry traditional Italian spirits like amaro, fernet and grappa, as well as low-alcohol spirits used as aperitivo.
Yes, we currently sell gift cards in both of our locations and will soon have them available online – check back for details or follow us on Facebook.
